Why Core Strength Is Important!

Core strength  is the development of the body muscles that stabilize, align, and move the trunk of the body. Weak core strength can affect gross motor and fine motor skills. Building strong core strength gives your child a strong foundation for gross motor and fine motor skills to work from.*
