Why Core Strength Is Important!

Core strength    i s the development of the body muscles that stabilize, align, and move the trunk of the body. Weak core strength can affect gross motor and fine motor skills. Building strong core strength gives your child a strong foundation for gross motor and fine motor skills to work from.* Here are some signs that might mean your child has poor core strength. leaning on the desktop?
